Hands on AI training to support ongoing AI Adoption efforts
AI adoption doesn’t happen in a single session. Teams need space to try things, ask questions, and keep applying what they’ve learned. That’s why we created AI Learning Labs: ongoing, hands-on sessions designed to help employees go from AI curious to AI fluent.
What is an AI Learning Lab?
A Learning Lab is a facilitated live session where teams practice using AI tools in real-world scenarios. It’s part training, part experimentation, and part community space. Labs can follow a workshop, support a product rollout, or stand alone as a recurring skill-builder.
AI Learning Labs are themed, include product demos, prompt practice, and are tailored to weekly participant feedback.

Aspen Institute: The AI Upskilling Conundrum: Are We Falling Behind?
“To train at scale, organizations typically default to online, self-paced, modular programs.
But here’s the issue — what we know about effective adult learning suggests that real learning happens through:
Applied, hands-on experiences.
Immediate relevance to daily work.
Supportive and encouraging learning environments.
Opportunities for feedback and real-world application.”
FAQs
How customizable are AI Learning Labs?
Labs can be tailored to your team’s tools, roles, industry, and goals—or delivered using generic, cross-functional topics suitable for mixed teams. We customize real-world use cases and can localize content by region (US, EU, etc) if needed.
What size teams do you work with?
Labs work well for groups of 5 to 50 participants. For larger groups, we recommend multiple sessions to maintain interactivity and quality.
Do participants need prior AI experience?
We meet participants where they are and focus on building confidence through hands-on activities. Labs are designed for beginners to intermediate users. Participants should have foundational knowledge of generative AI, either through participating in a generative AI workshop for beginners or online course.
Knowledge of the basics of prompting and how LLM’s work ensures participants can contribute to AI Lab community.
Can I combine an AI Learning Lab with a workshop?
Yes. AI Learning Labs were created based on feedback from leaders that participants wanted to continue their learning beyond the workshop. AI Learning Labs are designed to compliment self-paced learning or workshops.
How long is each session?
Most Labs run 60 to 90 minutes, depending on your team’s availability and goals. We can also offer shorter 45-minute refreshers or extended deep-dive sessions upon request.
Can you deliver a series of Labs?
Yes. We can Labs monthly or as part of a multi-session rollout. We offer packages for single Labs, multi-week series, or ongoing quarterly programs.
How do you measure success?
We collect participant feedback after each Lab and work with your team to define success metrics. This can include engagement levels, confidence increases, or early signs of tool adoption.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Occasionally, in-person delivery is available depending on location and scheduling. Most clients prefer virtual delivery for flexibility and scalability.
Can Labs support a tool rollout or change initiative?
Absolutely. Labs work well alongside internal AI rollouts, pilot programs, or new workflow changes. They provide a low-pressure space to practice and ask questions in real time.
Pricing
AI Learning Labs are designed to support AI adoption goals by giving teams regular, hands-on practice with real tools. While most training ends after a single workshop, Labs create a space for experimentation, feedback, and skill-building
Labs are designed for teams that want to move beyond theory and into real-world application. Pricing is based on group size, session format, and level of customization.
Typical Investment
Most clients invest between $3,500 and $6,000 per session for a 60–90 minute live Lab tailored to their goals, tools, and team needs.
For teams looking to build momentum over time, we offer:
3-Session Series: Starting at $9,000
Monthly Lab Programs: Starting at $12,000 per quarter
Enterprise Retainers: Custom pricing based on scale
Early Partner Pricing
We’re currently offering limited early partner pricing for organizations interested in co-creating the future of AI training.
Early partners receive reduced rates in exchange for feedback and a short testimonial for our case studies.
If you’re ready to start or just exploring, we’d love to hear more about your goals.
